FROM: Fabian Hurd, Court Administrator DATE: September 29, 2010 RE: Court fees Effective October 1st, 2010 there will be a $20.00 non-refundable fee to request a complaint be withdrawn. There is no guarantee the charge(s) will be dropped or dismissed by prosecution. Just a reminder, all payments made to the tribal courts must be in the form of a money order. This is the only form of payment accepted. Thank you. |
